They goofed yet again when they had to influence the appeal court to overrule itself by ruling on the stay of execution, immediately they transferred the three judges that rendered the erudite judgement of 13th October everyone was expecting the result we got on the 28th and the world has taken note.

“If you spend your time hoping someone will suffer the consequences for what they did to your heart, then you're allowing them to hurt you a second time in your mind.” “What is your idea of earthly happiness? To be vindicated in my own lifetime.

while you try to destroy my life with rumors, you're destroying your reputation. This is so true! How pathetic do you have to be? This is a simple analogy of what have befallen the most corrupt entity in the face of the earth, This is Nigeria i am talking about, selah!

With every step they take, they make mistakes that will end up opening new doors and windows of favourable opportunities for us.

Our steps are divinely directed and ordered, the Angels of freedom are fighting our wars and winning the Battle for us.

His kidnap in Kenya was divine, even though it was not gonna be easy for him but Chiukwuokike Abiama gave him the grace to endure and overcome the torture, mockery, shame, disgrace and starvation for eight days in Kenya.

He carried our burden and could have given up the ghost when the pain became so unbearable for him but he thought of me and you, he considered what could become the fate of us in Nigeria and the destiny of the unborn generations of Biafrans.

They planned to kill him in Kenya and dump his body in the river but a lot happened, their plan failed then they switched to taking him to Nigeria which was never originally in their plan the reason it has to take them up to eight days in Kenya to perfect how to cross the Kenyan airport and not being caught.

When all their efforts to kill him proved abortive they became afraid of him or even to touch him, they wanted to abandon him and run for their dear lives but when they made calls and reported their ordeal those that sent them insisted they must bring him to Nigeria.

He survived Kenya and still enduring the dungeon, isolation, torture, starvation, and sickness because of us, he is still holding on because of our suffering.

When they kidnapped him and illegally brought him to Nigeria they rejoiced all over the media and celebrated at high heavens, and we were weeping and in a sober mood, many of us could not eat for days but we know that the Most High Ezechiukwuokike Abiama is without, we called HIM, he said we should hold our peace and watch him.

Today the case has turned against them, their intention before going to Kenya was to kill him there but it failed, they brought him back to Nigeria and headed straight to the courts with the intention to condemn him but it turned against them at the appeal court, when they saw the erudite and incorruptible judgement of 13th October 2022 the could not contain the shame they headed back to appeal using compromised judges to get a stay of execution to the earlier judgement of the appeal court now watch out and see the good fortune their stay of execution will bring to us in the coming few days.

The federal government of Nigeria and the attorney general of the federation and minister of Justice should make haste while the sunshine and release Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and fix a date for the Biafra referendum or another divine doom will befall them, they still have a few minutes of grace left for them to be saved.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is born and ordained to save his people, the more you try to stop him the more you are helping him to get to his destination quicker, easier and better the only solution to save yourselves and Nigeria from the impending spiritual punishments is to quickly release him, apologise to him and Biafrans then fix a date for the Biafra referendum.

Going by the extent of damage, displacement and death caused by the current flood disaster in Nigeria one would expect a big media house like CNN to run a proper investigation on the cause of the flooding that has affected about 10 states in Nigeria before going public and not relying only on what government agents told them.  

The claim of a CNN reporter that the flooding is caused by rainfall is false, misleading and very armature of a world-acclaimed best television station, the fact that the flooding started in the north where you see less rainfall in Nigeria should have called the attention of CNN to probe further and not rely on the face-saving information gotten from the Nigerian government officials.

CNN and other top media houses should stop their romance with government bodies across the world and report truth and accuracy, taking inducement from the Nigeria government to underreport the cause of the flooding in Nigeria is a crime against the victims of the flooding who should hold the government of APC led by Major General Mohammedu JuBuhari responsible for their negligence and incompetence.

From all investigation and verifiable evidence the flooding in Nigeria is caused by a dam that was opened in the neighbouring Cameron, the Nigerian government should have been ready for a day like this and built more dams to accommodate straying waters, the country experienced this flooding exactly ten years ago and one would think that by now there would have been a solution would be waiting in case if there be a repeat, but as incompetent as the APC government is they don't have a clue of what to do, there are no plans to help the flood victims from the federal government and nothing is going on from them except state governments and individual donations.

The Fulani-led federal government of Nigeria has failed in all ramifications, the Fulani and their northern brothers have been in charge of Nigeria for forty-seven years out of the sixty-two years of independent Nigeria, Nigeria is a failed state and should be laid to rest in the dustbin of history, Biafrans do not want to continue in a country where citizens are not cared for, we want to live in a country where our government will be up and running carrying their responsibility to serve the public and deliver good governance and representation to their people, this is what Biafra represents, we want to build a civilisation of our own and teach the world the real democracy because we are born republicans.

A country that can not manage common disasters like flooding should not be allowed to exist. In Biafra, the central government can not abandon their citizens in a time like this as the Nigerian government has done, Biafra shall build alternatives and relief camps in case of disasters like this, Biafra will be a country where every Black person anywhere in the world and the world will be proud of.

After the surrender of Biafra in 1970, British-Fulani-controlled Nigeria with the tacit approval of the United States had plotted to forever keep the Biafran people, the rest of the indigenous people trapped in Nigeria and Africa in check. 

It is on record that the monies that should have been used to build dams to avoid this disaster were stolen by the successive governments of Nigeria.

Nigerian government whenever they are asked why there are not enough dams built, they simply give excuses about the fund for the project being stolen by corrupt government official yet nobody have been jailed for that while many of them still live prosperous gentlemen.

For us Biafrans, the light of the world, I believe that everything that has happened to us in our very long history of existence on earth has been the designs of the Most High ChiukwuOkike Abiama puru ime ihe n'ile, I believe that these events as they take place are to the manifestations of the powers of our God which is much more than anything and everything the beautiful human brain can conceive, God is also into the saving and gathering of his children, the citizens of Biafra, for the restoration of the kingdom of heaven on earth, which is Biafra. 

Now that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB are here, what are the enemies of Biafra going to do since it is clear now to everyone that there is nothing anybody can do to stop the coming of Biafra? Yes! you heard me right, Nothing!

At the heat of insurgency and terrorism in the Northeast of Nigeria and increase in corruption in the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan the APC party in 2014/2015 campaigned with even the impossible and the unachievable, they promised to end ASUU strike, end Boko Haram, make one dollar equal to one naira, stop corruption, be obedient to the rule of law and above all breed national unity but looking back to the promises they made in 2014/2015 even the blind can attest to their deception and lies because they have turned out to be opposite of everything they promised to represent.

The APC government led by Jubril Buhari has succeeded in luring the youths into crimes, killing and kidnapping have become the vision of the poor youths while lawlessness, kidnapping, torture and illegal detaining have become the pride of President Jubril Buhari, we should recall in 2015 when former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan tried to eliminate all the terrorists in the north who were bombing churches, bus stations and shopping malls, General Mohammedu Buhari came to their defense and declared that an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the north and after he won the election using terror, lies and propaganda he called all the terrorists in the North his misguided brothers.

Unfortunately, the Nigerian army other security arms who are trained to protect lives and property have turned out to be the main terror on innocent civilians, they kill, rape, kidnap and disappear innocent unarmed civilians especially unarmed Biafra agitators, since 2015 thousands of unarmed Biafrans have been killed extrajudicialy by the Nigerian security forces and thousands are locked up in different detention centres in Nigeria without a crime or being brought to court for trial while many have been missing without traces all in the name of forcefully stopping of the Biafra agitation yet they have continued to fail despite the oppressions.

Most times people ask the following questions: 👇 
    
Are we normal in this country?
How can the government release Boko haram terrorists, enrolled them into the Nigerian army and the police, send some abroad for different trainings and call them repentant Boko haram, but someone that committed no crime known to any law both in Nigeria or anywhere in the world is being illegally locked up in the DSS dungeon after the court of appeal had discharged him?

This is to show the world the level of intimidation and hatred the people of Biafra are going through in the damnable contraption called Nigeria and the world is keeping mute while watching us get wiped out of  the earth.

The Judiciary is no more one of the three arms of government, this is exactly what the executive is telling the world.
Does it mean the court has no right of passing justice anymore?  Some weeks ago the federal government of Nigeria was forcing ASUU to obey the appeal court order and resume studies but the same federal government of Nigeria has refused to obey an appeal court order which discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the 13th of October 2022, they have refused to release him which implies that the federal government of Mohammedu JuBuhari and Abubakar Malami are above the law.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is loved by his people because he is a man who is sacrificing a lot including his liberty for the freedom and good of his people, so holding him in the DSS dungeon and claiming that he is a threat to peace and security is a lie from the pit of hell, after all, if he is released today unending peace, freedom and joy will return to Biafraland, the Nigerian government should as a matter of urgency release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because he has committed no crime known to any law in the world.

Nigeria has become a terr0rist and lawless country under the APC government while Muhammadu JuBuhari and Abubakar Malami the attorney general of the federation have become kidnappers, these are people who will take other people and organisations to court and expect such organisations and people to obey the verdict of the court if it falls in their favour, a case study is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and ASUU.

A country ruled without objectivity must fail, the impostor parading as Muhammadu Buhari and his northern Fulani herdsmen from the Sahel are killing indigenous people in Nigeria with impunity, destroying every sector in the government because positions and appointments are made based on ethnicity, religion and social sentiments, ignoring competency and merits which has made them not to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu despite court ordering for his discharge and freedom.

Late Muhammadu Buhari's impostor has disobeyed the appeal court that ordered the discharge and release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they are wrongly prosecuting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for nothing, they must release him on the orders of the appeal court judgement of 13th October 2022 and nothing short of the court order will be accepted by us.

It's well known that the lawless administration of the impostor Muhammadu JuBuhari who chooses which court order to obey or not was quick to threaten ASUU to resume lectures in compliance with the industrial court order but feels comfortable disobeying the same court order in the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, though not surprised by the lawlessness of Muhammadu JuBuhari's administration because the late President made it known that in his first four years in office, that the unity of Nigeria is more important to him than the rule of law, and one begins to wonder how unity can be achieved without obedience to the rule of law, any unity achieved without the rule of law and in disobedience to the orders of the court is a forced and false unity and equal to slavery.

General Muhammadu Buhari's impostor should drop his pride and obey the court order, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been discharged by the appeal court and it should be obeyed without further delay, the ego of Muhammadu JuBuhari's impostor who Kidnapped Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya won't allow them to understand that they committed a crime of extraordinary rendition which is an international crime.

At the level we are right now we have put the z00nigeria government in an inescapable box that every decision favours us in our alternatives and plans.  

I remember a famous quote that says "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” ... “He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often, and loved"

We have taken advantage of their inability to accept defeats which could have made their shame minimal.

Every advantage they have taken turns out to be our victory and hurts them in the end.

Earlier it was what the attorney general of the Nigeria federal government Abubakar Malami called interception of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which is not even a legal phrase/term in any process of extradition but it has turned out to be a case of extraordinary rendition, which otherwise is rooted in the principles of kidnapping and torturing, it is further explained to be an international crime known by law, in that their appeal court condemned and retained the lawsuit, it turned against them and the hunter became the hunted.

Now we are heading to the Supreme Court because the federal government and the attorney general of the federation did not accept the judgement of the appeal court and have refused to obey the law and orders of the appellate court which stated and ordered categorically that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is discharged and that no court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to hear any case against him.

They intend to go to the Supreme Court to overturn the judgement of the appellate court of 13th October 2023 which discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but it is going to be to our advantage because for the very first time the names Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB and Biafra will be mentioned in the Supreme Court of Nigeria and at the end, we will be discussing freedom and referendum in the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Mark my word!

Don't be moved or discouraged by the disgraceful judgement of the shameless judges earlier today to stay execution of their judgment, we suspected foul play immediately after they transferred the three refined erudite judges that rendered the impartial judgement of 13th October 2022, and we knew they were up for another mistake, we queued in and they did not disappoint us.

Our ever-effective, reliable and indefectible legal team are equal to the task and very soon they will be firing from all cylinders, the supreme court will be the grand finale of this struggle from there shall emerge the news that will usher us into the activities that will end our struggle and bring the emergence of the freedom and sovereignty of Biafra.

Just like the appellate court, what the federal government is expecting to be discussed in the Supreme Court will not be what will be discussed and then it will be a victory and a law THAT must be enforced.

At the appeal court, they were anticipating the discussion of retaining the remaining seven count charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or losing it but the way and manner he was arrested, tortured and smuggled into Nigeria took over the day and swallowed up every other argument to their astonishment, it is called extraordinary rendition and it is an international crime committed by the Nigerian government and all those, directly and indirectly, involved shall face their criminal and terrorism charges soon, they could not believe how the case at the appeal court turned out but it happened and it's recorded in the books of the appeal court of Nigeria that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB defeated the Nigeria government in their court and right now they are appealing the judgement at the Supreme Court.

We must remain positive and formidable, focused and never give up, we are at the end of it, engage all your spiritual attention and discernment to what is happening and you will find yourself rejoicing.

Nobody should be troubled because of our leader's health and safety, especially with the latest security alert in Abuja, HE that called him shall see him through, this is his destiny all we owe him is our prayers and faithfulness, obedient to the leadership (DOS) do what they ask us to do and leave the rest to Elohim EzeChiukwuokike Abiama, I am convinced that if we obey and follow the instructions of the DOS our leader will come out victorious with the flag of Biafra in his hands in freedom and sovereignty.

We may be preparing for our referendum before the Nigeria February 2023 elections because the attention of the world is at the moment focused here and as I type right now meetings and consultations are ongoing and Biafra is on the table of every authority in the world they may have remained silent on this but it is about to burst forth because it can't be hidden anymore, the British Parliament, European Union Parliament and the United States Congress don't have any more choice but to discuss how to set Biafra free, our efforts are paying off comrades.

We should be rejoicing that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu remained strong and has taken our case to the Supreme Court of Nigeria where we are expecting nothing but victory because whatever the ruling might be it would be a win-win for us, if the Supreme Court sustain and retain the judgement of the appeal court of 13th of October it will become law in Nigeria and it is ninety-five per cent sure that they will not obey it and then no other court can hear his case because the apex court has ruled on it and then if the Supreme Court set's aside the ruling of 13th October 2022 by the appeal court then it would be a direct invitation of the ICC and other relevant authorities who are watching and waiting on the outcome of the courts in Nigeria to exhaust their options before they can come in.

Surely the supreme shall overcome at the Supreme Court!

                Biafra: Federal High Court orders Federal Government to return Kanu to Kenya

A Federal High Court today (26th October 2022) in Umuahia ordered the Federal government to “restore Nnamdi Kanu to his status quo before 19th June 2021”. 

The Court in its further rulings issued an injunction restraining the Attorney General of the Federation from prosecuting Kanu consequent upon his extraordinary rendition. Kanu had in March this year filed a suit through his special counsel, Aloy Ejimakor to enforce his fundamental rights stemming from what Ejimakor had termed his “extraordinary rendition” from Kenya in June last year. 

In its Judgment, the court dismissed the Federal government’s objections to its jurisdiction and upheld all the reliefs sought by Kanu, which are as follows: 1, A DECLARATION that the arrest of the Applicant in Kenya by the Respondents’ agents without due process of law is arbitrary, and the Respondents’ enforced disappearance of the Applicant for eight ( days and their refusal to produce the Applicant before a Kenyan Court for the purpose of Applicant’s extradition is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amount to infringement of the Applicant's fundamental right against arbitrary arrest, to his personal liberty and to fair hearing as enshrined and guaranteed under the pertinent provisions of CFRN and the Charter.

 2, A DECLARATION that the detention of the Applicant in a non-official secret facility in Kenya and the torture of the Applicant in Kenya by the Respondents’ agents is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of the Applicant's fundamental right against unlawful detention, torture and to a fair hearing, as enshrined and guaranteed under the pertinent provisions of CFRN and the Charter). 

3, A DECLARATION that, pursuant to Article 12 (4) of the Charter, the expulsion (or extraordinary rendition) of the Applicant from Kenya to Nigeria by the Respondents without a decision taken in accordance with the law of Kenya is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of the Applicant's fundamental right to a fair hearing and not to be expelled from a State Party to the Charter except by virtue of a decision taken in accordance with the law, as enshrined and guaranteed under the pertinent provisions of CFRN and the Charter. 

4, A DECLARATION that any criminal prosecution of the Applicant for the purpose of which the Respondents unlawfully expelled the Applicant from Kenya to Nigeria is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of the Applicant's fundamental right to a fair hearing, as enshrined and guaranteed under the pertinent provisions of CFRN and the Charter. 

5, AN ORDER OF INJUNCTION restraining and prohibiting the Respondents from taking any further step in any criminal prosecution of the Applicant enabled by the said unlawful expulsion of the Applicant from Kenya to Nigeria. 

6, AN ORDER mandating and compelling the Respondents to forthwith restitute or otherwise restore the Applicant to his liberty, same being his state of being as of 19th June 2021; and to thereupon repatriate the Applicant to his country of lawful domicile (to wit: the United Kingdom) to await the outcome of any formal request the Respondents may file before the competent authorities in Britain for the lawful extradition of the Applicant to Nigeria. 

7, AN ORDER mandating and compelling the Respondents to issue an official Letter of Apology to the Applicant for the infringement of his fundamental rights; and publication of said Letter of Apology in three (3) national dailies. 

8, AN ORDER mandating and compelling the Respondents to pay the sum of N500,,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) to the Applicant, being monetary damages claimed by the Applicant against the Respondents jointly and severally for the physical, mental, emotional, psychological, property and other damages suffered by the Applicant as a result of the infringements of Applicant’s fundamental rights by the Respondents. 

Speaking to the media after the judgment, Barrister Ejimakor called on the Federal government to “promptly comply with the judgment, more particularly the part that requires Kanu to be returned to Kenya”. Ejimakor added that “this judgment indicates a burgeoning judicial uprising against the Federal government in relation to how it is handling the matter of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB”.

It is an unfortunate situation and a shame that in the Nigerian system of democratic governance we are experiencing all manner of inhuman maltreatment, torture, killing, abduction, illegal imprisonment and intimidation of unarmed peaceful civilians.

The Federal government of Nigeria have proven to the world its inability of handling it's citizen's affairs, some weeks ago a judgement was passed at the appeal Court of Nigeria in Abuja that discharged and ordered the immediate release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of IPOB but due to the rot in the Nigerian system the order was disregarded and refused and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is still held at the DSS dungeon illegally since the 13th of October 2022 that the judgement was rendered.

Nigeria is a country where the judiciary is trampled upon by the executive, they disregard the rule of law with impunity and ignore the orders of the court when it goes against them.

It's obvious, that truth is prohibited in Nigeria and lies are welcomed with open arms, the APC government led by the impostor JuBuhari has shown the entire world that the Nigerian judiciary is not an arm of government in Nigeria and has no power to deliver Justice.

Transferring the appeal court Judges who delivered the erudite and incorruptible judgement on the 13th of October 2022 in favour of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB to three different locations is proof of how the executive insulted and has continued to disrespect the judiciary.

But if I am JuBuhari (Tufiakwa!) I would have released Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in obedience to the court order because he is not the problem of the country, refusing him bail and his continued illegal detention will continue to damage the reputation of Nigeria before the international community.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja heard the Federal government's motion for a stay of execution on the ruling of the appeal court on the 13th October 2022 which discharged and in this case acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) of all the 15 count charges.

Chief Barrister Mike Ozekhome (SAN) the Counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu prayed to the Appeal Court to affirm the judgement of 13th October 2022 and dismiss the motion of the Ministry of Justice seeking a stay of execution while they refused to obey the judgement that said they must release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, he insisted that the federal government coming to ask for a stay of execution while disobeying the judgement of the appeal court on 13th of October 2022 is an insult and total disregard to the rule of law and the court, he likened them as a man who sinned against God and instead of repenting and asking for forgiveness he came to God to ask to be granted another chance to sin again.

Chief Mike Ozekhome said Contrary to what the prosecuting counsel said, the release of Nnamdi Kanu will restore total peace and tranquillity in the southeast, you can see the jubilation that was all over the southeast when the judgement was given on the 13th of October 2022.

He said that one of the dignities of the court is that even when the judgement is injurious no party has the right to say I can not obey it because it is an order, He said the purpose of their appeal is just to overrule the judgement of the appeal court and not for any security reasons.

However, the Court promised to make their judgment quick and will be communicating to the lawyers the date for the judgement without delay.

When Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was arrested in 2015 in Lagos before they eventually released him in April 2017 he was first granted bail unconditionally on two occasions and the federal government equally refused to let him go.

We are experienced in this game and we are coming out victorious again but this time around with the flag raised in freedom and sovereignty of Biafra.

The federal government's decision to appeal the appeal court's ruling at the Supreme Court is a welcomed development but they must do that by first honouring the ruling of the appeal court because their appeal at the Supreme Court can't serve as a stay of execution.

There is an Igbo adage that says that "You don't need a mirror to see your wristband" the judgement of the appeal court is very clear on their judgement as explained to a layman's understanding by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor  "No court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to try Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the charges that he was discharged of or any other new charges because of how he was brought back to the country which also made him a victim of terrorism".

If the federal government of Nigeria thought they had a legitimate case of terrorism against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu why did they not put him through extradition proceedings in Kenya rather than the criminal way they employed to bring him back thereby breaking all the local and international laws and treaties on extradition and committing the crime of extraordinary rendition?
They can not try him illegally, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not a coward, the president of Nigeria Major General Mohammedu Buhari told southeast traditional rulers , religious leaders and political leaders when they went to him seeking a political solution for their son and brother that he won't want to interfere with the court process and would allow the court to decide his fate, now that the court has taken a decision on the case he has failed to honour the court's wisdom, decision and ruling on the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu just because it did not favour him and his vindictive desires.

The more they refuse to honour the decision of the court the more feathers they provide to the Biafra agitation and create more space for the agitation to perch.
The International community are already aware of their crime of extraordinary rendition but for the dishonouring of their own court makes them a mockery before the world and hastens the ticking of the clock on the coming of Biafra.

Every step they take and every action they take makes the case of Biafra easy for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB and brings Biafra afresh to the consciousness of the world and this very one overseen by the attorney general of the federation Abubakar Malami will be the best favour and parting gift Biafrans will get from the collapsing Nigeria.

I can assure you that the development of the Supreme Court appeal of the Ministry of Justice led by the attorney general of the federation is the last kick of a dying horse, this case will give us Biafra I can see it coming.

Our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu promised us he was gonna lead from the front and he is currently leading us from the front to victory all we need to do is to remain formidable and do whatever the Directorate of State (DOS) ask us to do.

Federal High Court Abuja heard the trial of Miss Godwin Joy Idara today being 19th October 2022 .

The court resumed hearing by 10 am and presiding is Justice Binta Nyanko  while Barrister Nnaemeka Ejifor is the lawyer representing Idara .

Recall that since Godwin Joy Idara was abducted by the Nigerian security operatives in Enugu on 8th November 2021, she was kept incommunicado and no one have ever set eyes on her untill today when she was brought to Court by DSS for the first time .

After much arguments between Barrister Nnaemeka and DSS lawyer , Barrister Nnaemeka moved for a bail application and the presiding Judge Binta Nyanko adjourned the case to 22nd November 2022 for further hearing while ordering the DSS to move her to the Suleja correctional center .

However the DSS charged her on a 3 count charges which are as follows :

Count One : That she was using social media platform to propagate the activities of IPOB

Count Two : That she has conceal information that will help the DSS in apprehension of one Mr Chukz Egwuatu, thereby contrary to section 8 (1) of terrorism prevention acts.

Count Three : That she professed to be a member of IPOB, a proscribed organization, thereby contrary to Section 16(1) of terrorism prevention acts.

Umuchiukwu Writers was able to interrogate Godwin Joy Idara to hear her own part of the story asbshe told our correspondence that she and other 30 persons who are supposedly Biafra supporters abducted and kept incommunicado in DSS dungeon and were later transferred to the Wawa military camp in Kainji Dam where they are presently held illegally by the Department of States Security, DSS .

According to Idara, the vehicle which transfered her to Abuja from Enugu was also filled with over 30 other Biafrans whom she suspected to be IPOB members. Also, she stated that there were other vehicles which are also occupied by Biafrans.

Abia State IPOB coordinator, Executives and IPOB members under the leadership of the IPOB Directorate of State (DOS) , had a successful thanksgiving service yesterday being Saturday 15th October 2022 in one of the Synagogues in the State .

During the service, IPOB expressed their gratitude and happiness by  thanking Elohim Chiukwuokikeabiama for answering their prayers with the discharge and acquittal of their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Appeal Court on 13th October 2022 . It was observed that IPOB members from many parts of the State attended the thanksgiving en-mass to thank Okike by returning all the praises to him for his marvelous work he did by setting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu free .

According to them , for God (Chiukwuokikeabiama ) answering their prayers means he is with Biafrans, eager and ready to grant Biafrans their desired nation soonest than expected .

Meanwhile, the Abia IPOB coordinator expressed his happiness over the good news and urged all IPOB members to be strong , focused and continue to be prayerful until Chiukwuokikeabiama fulfil all his promises to us .

In conclusion, a big Goat was sacrificed unto Elohim by one of the Rabi as they promised to do more in Thanksgiving to Chiukwuokikeabiama as soon as their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu comes back to them. The Abia State coordinator thanked those that fought for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's release most especially IPOB leadership , Barrister Mike Ozekhome SAN , Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor , Barrister Aloy Ejimakor , Barrister Maxwell Okpara , Barrister Nnaemeka Ejiofor , IPOB Media Warriors and others .

A soldier of the Nigerian Army, who identified himself as Sergeant Ismaila Ukwuhcodu, has lamented the poor salaries of junior army officers in the country.

The sergeant noted that to meet financial needs, soldiers now get “involved in illegal duties, sabotage, oil theft, illegal selling of military ammunition, armed robbery and kidnapping” while calling on the Nigerian government to attend to their plight.

This is what you see when terrorists are been integrated into the armed forces, it's the sole reason why terrorism would never end in Nigeria because the national security agency and the Nigerian government are involved in criminalities and terrorism, when IPOB said that the Nigerian army has been taken over by the Fulani terrorist herdsmen and the Boko Haram terrorists some ignorant people who have continued to live in denial keep disputing that, the exposure from sergeant Ismaila Ukwuhcodu has vindicated IPOB

It's a shame that those who should be protecting the life and properties of their citizens are now the ones killing them, causing them harm, burning their homes and businesses and putting their lives in danger, the heinous crimes in the Nigerian Army didn't start with poor salaries and welfare of the military officers, there are those in higher ranks who sponsor these military officers to carry out the numerous criminal and terrorist acts and blame it on poor salaries and welfare, while they continue to make cool money from kidnapping, armed robbery and other illegal activities.

The Nigerian military where the ones who created and are part of the insurgency in the Northeast, the Fulani herdsmen killing unarmed and innocent farmers and villagers across Nigeria, unknown gunmen Boko haram etc. just to promote the Fulani northern supremacy and to make money and be in charge in the polity of the Nigerian contraption at the expense of other ethnic groups and their blood.

The Nigerian military is the most corrupt in the whole world, this proves that there are many Boko Haram terrorists and bandits in their various security ranks and files.

I'm not surprised that the Nigerian military has hands in most cases of banditry and kidnapping in the country, the time is ripe for the international community led by the United Nations, the European Union and the United States of America to launch an investigation into the Nigerian military criminalities and terrorism on the Biafran people who are mostly their target and victims.

As Biafrans observed the atonement which was held in Abia State from 4th - 5th October 2022, it has been marked as the best amongst others. 

The atonement was hosted by Abia State IPOB which the National Coordinator and all the Biafra land state coordinators, Biafra Elders , Clergymen , men and women were present during the feast. 

After the atonement feast was observed, the national coordinator and his entire cabinet made up of all the State coordinators etc, proceeded to another spiritual aspect of the feast on the 5th night which involved the sacrificing of Igbo Cow ( Efi Igbo ) to Chiukwuokikeabiama and the gods of the land. The huge sacrifice is meant to appease Chiukwuokikeabiama and to appeal them to fight all the enemies of Biafra, all the Biafra saboteurs , infiltrators and the Politicians that are sabotaging IPOB/Biafrans quest to restore Biafra .

All the Biafra land coordinators , Biafran Elders and most of the various states executives were all in unison and present during the spiritual processes . 

They used their local dialects to ask Chiukwuokikeabiama to strengthen IPOB family members to continue the movement till Biafra is restored , they continued by summoning all the Gods of our land to swallow Biafra Enemies , especially those involve in killing Biafrans. They mandated the Gods of Biafra land to fight spiritually for Biafra and terminate any thing human or man that is stopping Biafra from coming . 

They warned those that are sabotaging the struggle especially Politicians from Biafra extraction to desist from their evil ways or bear the consequences of sabotage .

They equally asked Chiukwuokikeabiama to speed up the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and all the Biafrans who are detained across Nigerian prisons. It was noted that the sacrifice was duly accepted as Biafra struggle is set to take a different dimension henceforth.

Following the just concluded atonement feast generally observed by Biafrans worldwide, Biafraland recorded a massive success of the atonement feast.
The atonement which is usually observed once every year commenced at exactly 4 PM on the 4th of October 2022 which included a 24hours fast and an all-night prayers.

2022 Atonement was organised by Abia State IPOB which of course was a great one, it was a historic event despite the challenges. However the knee interest of the atonement, all the State coordinators, Biafra elders, men, women and Children were present at the atonement that was held in Abia State, and the feast projected unison among all Biafrans.

        IPOB members prayed Atonement 

It was a successful one as Biafrans from all works of life attended enmass at their different locations of abode as we made powerful prayers, teachings and mostly we asked Okike (God) for forgiveness of our sins that has set us back towards the restoration of Biafra.

After all, protocols were observed, the Rabbi made burnt sacrifices unto Elohim (Chiukwuokikeabiama ) to appease him to hear our cry and restore Biafra, which is the only remedy left for mankind.

Today in history, the geographical area known as Nigeria allegedly gained its independence in 1960, courtesy of the hard work of an Igbo man named Nnamdi Azikiwe, 62 years later, it feels so disheartening to note that this woman is feeding on the flesh of her own for the sake of survival.
Should we blame Nnamdi Azikiwe, the child who has decided to act like a tree or the woman that feeds on her children to stay fresher and alive? Playing the blaming game here, every factor I mentioned above is to be blamed.

The former Nigerian ceremonial President, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe should be sober and regretting his involvement, hard work and energy implored to keep Nigeria one and facilitate her independence 62 years ago. The people would have been grateful if he had done otherwise. If Azikiwe had a conscience and if wishes are horses, I'd expect him to take permission from his creator to reincarnate and make amends, Azikiwe must have made other heinous mistakes before he died, but the mistake of fighting for One Nigeria is the height of it all.

However, it is only a tree that remains standing after hearing the plans by men on how to cut it down The present Nigerians are trees, many Nigerians who die daily are paying the price of ignorance, they die because they already know they were going to be cut down and still insisted to keep standing in the same position.
Many Nigerians who are alive today are living because they decided to recycle in the same position where others are being cut down, definitely one day, the cutlass will fall on them.

In Nigeria, survival means that you must reject the evil old woman who will do anything to stay alive including sacrificing the lives of her children. If you must survive, you must run as far as possible, You must also ensure that she is wiped off the surface of the earth because she might come after you, This simply means that Nigeria should be annihilated from the surface of the earth only this can save the people of her inhabitance.

The nature of life demands that when someone is aged enough to die, death should take its course, Nigeria is 108 years old since its creation and keeps exhibiting the same signs of a dying aged woman, rather than dying in peace, she keeps feeding on her children to survive. This country was meant to live for a century, she has lived for an extra 8 years on the blood of innocent people and still trying to live more on the misery and expense of her young children. I know that many Nigerians have been wondering how Nigeria is feeding on the flesh of her own, Well, I must educate your ignorance.

Failure Of A Country;
Sometimes in life, failure is not a barrier to success, this logic is not applied to cases where something is meant to always fail, When failure becomes constant as change, then it should be proportional to destruction, Nigeria is a stigma of failure since its creation, this simply means that Nigeria wasn't meant to succeed, Imagine working on a project for over 100 years and this project has refused to migrate to success.

What Area Has Nigeria Not Failed?
Thomas Edison has been an inspiration to young people around the world. He failed to refine the light bulb after attempting 999 times meanwhile, the case of Thomas Edison is far beyond the failure of Nigeria, Nigeria as a country has refused to refine progress, growth, infrastructure, social amenities, electricity, good roads, water, and education to mention but a few for over 100 years of creation and 62 years of independence. What greater failure can that be?  Nigeria's failure has no comparison, her failure birthed various dilapidated statuses in Nigeria bother internally and externally.

Remedy;
The only remedy to curtail the failed changes I don't mean the APC invented negative change, I am talking about an all-around change, Nigeria needs to die a peaceful death to allow the young breeds to grow freely, Nigeria is now aged, stop feeding her with the flesh of the young people, the young offspring needs freedom to live, succeed and prosper.
