Good morning, good evening and good afternoon depending on the time zone as of when this letter is conveyed to your office. The Indigenous People Of Biafra "IPOB" has on several occasions visited your headquarters situated at Geneva, Switzerland as was directed by our diplomatic team based in London and United States Of America regarding our rights to self-determination.

UN Leaders, Secretary‑General António Guterres, Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed, General Assembly President Csaba Kőrösi, Economic and Social Council President Collen Vixen Kelapile I wish to remind this very leadership on the submission of the United Nation's charter on self-determination, for total emancipation of Biafrans from the entity called Nigeria, for peace, justice, unity, equality, fairness and strong institution of making the world a better place, as regards to United Nation's charter on people's rights to self-determination which Nigeria is also among the 196 countries signatory to this charter globally, which says:

The right of a people to self-determination is a cardinal principle in modern international law (commonly regarded as a jus cogens rule), binding, as such, on the United Nations as authoritative interpretation of the Charter's norms. It states that peoples, based on respect for the principle of equal rights and fair equality of opportunity, have the right to freely choose their sovereignty and international political status with no interference, B Article 2/4 of United Nations charter prohibits the threat or use of force on those seeking for self-determination and calls on all members to respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of other states, which Nigerian government has failed woefully to do.

Series of letters have been submitted to your offices, Sir/Ma regarding Nigerian government violent approach in handling those  exercising their rights to self-determination including committing extraordinary rendition against the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra "IPOB" Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

 

With hope to work with the United Nations on people's rights to self-determination, peaceful coexistence of Biafrans, justice and fairness, strong institution and unity of the global family of United Nations, we Biafrans have chosen to exit Nigeria for good, to develop and grow our sovereign state of Biafra, for good and betterment of our dear citizens, including humanity at large, irrespective of your ethnicity, religion or culture the new nation Biafra should be a home for all .

Sir/Ma it's now the duty of your leadership to review the United Nations charter on self-determination to it member states, as it's a constitutional rights/provision for indigenous people seeking sovereignty, it's high time the United Nations move a proposal call for the sovereign state of Biafra on the floor of United Nations to end the conflict happening in Nigeria. The government of Nigeria ably led by Buhari impostor must be made to know that his administration has trapped on the laws of United Nations charter on rights to self-determination, those he illegally kidnapped for exercising their rights to self-determination must be released unconditionally and referendum conducted.

I will  be very glad as to using your leadership to facilitate the sovereign state of Biafra Sir/Ma, as a nation among many other nations whose flag will be raised at the floor of United Nations .

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the IPOB leader 

The Nigeria Government have history of disobedience to law and they love using illegality to kill or silence any one that exposes their evil ways .

The likes of Dele Giwa , Adaka Boro etc are indisputably victims of the Nigerian Government's masterminds of death and now they are unarguably trying it with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra via Food poisoning and we can not allow it to repeat instead the worse will happen . 

Nigerian Government after refusing to release the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra as ordered by the court of appeal is currently using the DSS operatives to slowly eliminate and systematically kill him through Poisoning, drug abuse and starvation.

Recall the fact that the secret police have been starving Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for a long period of time, feeding him with just bread and water twice a day and abusively giving him drugs by providing him with insufficient medication for his well known ailment while in their solitary confinement facility in Abuja.

It should be of a notice to the whole world that Nigerian Government is intentionally replicating the starvation of Biafrans in 1967-1970 on the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra. 

For the DSS to ignore Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's poor and sad lamentations of his deteriorating state of health with serious complaints of vomiting whatever he eats when he lies down, perceiving odour of his intestine from his mouth, persistent heart burn and lack of potassium as an essential nutrient in his blood stream, clearly proves that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been poisoned by the Nigerian Government through DSS and is allowed to die painfully and gradually.

Being diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorder needs a very urgent gastrointestinal surgery which is the best treatment for diseases of the stomach, intestines and other parts of the body involved in disgestions as any qualified medical personnel can attest to the fact that gastrointestinal disease affects badly the gastrointestinal (GI) tract from the mouth to the anus which is medically grouped into functional and structural of which the major examples include nausea/vomiting, food poisoning, lactose intolerance, hemorrhoids, diarrhea, perianal abscess and anal fistula which usually requires an urgent surgery to drain the abscess and "Close off" the fistula.

We're reminding the whole world to know that if anything happens to our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they should get prepared to face a great deadly stress and heat from us because we're going to let hell open to their evil contraption called a country. 

It should be known to all and we're stating it clear that for the fact, that DSS refused Mazi Nnamdi Kanu access to his personal physician despite federal high court's order proves they're definitely hiding something from us and they're also very much afraid of the results of the cause of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's ailment after meeting with his Doctor which will confirm that he was truly poisoned by them.

We're IPOBs, we cannot stand, fold our arms and allow the Nigerian Government to systematically eliminate our leader who is illegally detained in DSS Custody against court verdicts.

Nigerian government should hasten up and save their evil country by unconditionally releasing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to avoid the pending doom and consequences patiently waiting for them.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has cried out over his illegal detention and how his detainers, DSS under the instructions of Nigeria Government has continued to deny him access to medical treatment despite Court's pronouncement ordering for his release .

This was made known in a post made by Mazi Chinasa Nworu a member of IPOB Directorate of State on his timeline after Members of DOS have been briefed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's legal Team .

Mazi Chinasa Nworu further revealed that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said he is dying slowly , that he doesn't receive adequate Medical treatment and whenever he eats and lies down the food will start coming out from his mouth, warning that he may not survive it .

Mazi Chinasa Nworu statement reads in part :

"The information I received this night over the worsen health of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is very disturbing , from what I heard  am  very very worried  and  purely afraid for his life" .

"From  the message he sent , He complained very sadly that he is dying slowly. He  complained of  inadequate medication and he is subjected to drug abuse as medicine meant for two weeks may be given for only 8 days" .

"He complained that   the DSS have denied him seeing a doctor since the second week of December  till  date  and DSS has refused to  take him to the doctor even after complaining that he feels his internal organs are badly affected but the DSS have totally refused to take him to a hospital". 

"Furthermore , he also complained bitterly about his left ear as he complained that he was hit on the ear during the time they were torturing him before his renditioned from Kenya to Nigeria". 

"He  also complained that if he lies down whatever he ate will start coming out from his mouth , this is very dangerous and unacceptable , He says he is afraid he may not survive it as he being denied any form of medical attention". 

"Again with all these illness he is going through , he complained about poor feeding as DSS feeds him only bread most times morning and night  and the feedings are very expensive" .

"Let me sound this note of warning , there will be no peace  in Nigeria and Biafraland if anything happens to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu  and failure to release Mazi Nnmadi as court has ordered as he has been discharged and acquitted  will throw the nation into crisis soonest , that election most of them dream of , will all evaporated in tin air" .

 

"#US/ #UK should deny IPOB members visas to their countries now because  we are not going fold our hands and watch our leader die in the hands of the Nigeria government  and  moves around in land to talk about election" .

Anyone who has been discharged and acquitted by any court of jurisdiction does not in any way need any efulefu, riff raff or human to surety him or her. It's only when you still have a question to answer over an alleged wrongdoing, that you will need a surety for bail.

Igbo politicians must henceforth desist from using IPOB/Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to score cheap popularity in other to gain political favours from there fulani master. A renowned efulefu like Orji Uzo Kalu and governor Chukwumma Soludo should by now note that they are spinless educated illitera*tes for calling to surety Mazi Nnamdi Kanu whom has been discharged and acquitted by a competent court of law, Governor Chukwumma Soludo and Orji Uzo Kalu should man up by telling the tyranny Nigerian government ably led by Buhari impostor to obey court orders.

Had it ever dawn on Igbo politicians looking for cheap popularity through Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's illegal incarceration, that the means which Nigerian government brought Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria is called extraordinary rendition, meaning they kidnapped him from Kenya without due- process? What pending case do someone who was extraordinarily renditioned have with the Nigerian government that will warrant an Igbo so called political chieftain to surety him? Is Governor Chukwumma Soludo so biasee as not to differentiate between discharged and acquitted by a competent court of law?

The Nigerian government is illegally detaining and incarcerating Mazi Nnamdi Kanu against the rule of competent court of law that has discharged and acquitted him, the a supposed professor and a sitting governor is busy clamouring to surety him, what an irony that it has never occurred to governor Chukwumma Soludo that the Nigerian government are the one's who should be facing judgment for committing extraordinary rendition/illegally detaining him against court order.

Governor Chukwumma Soludo and his likes should  be men enough to tell Buhari and his puppets lawless DSS to obey simple court order, in a supposed democratic system of government you don't beg any government to obey its own court order, except in a supposed lawless state like Nigeria, where a court of competent jurisdiction will issue an order and that order will be flaunted by the executive arm of government.

Nigerian government are simply flaunting its own court order to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because their thirst to keep sustaining insecurity in Igbo land, their inactions and actions to continue detaining Mazi Nnamdi Kanu against court order just to blackmail him and IPOB has proven that this very administration of fulani oligarchy are the shadows behind insecurities in Nigeria, the only obstacle on their way from totally Islamizing Nigeria is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB.

On this note all must desist from clamouring to surety Mazi Nnamdi Kanu whom has been discharged and acquitted by competent court of jurisdiction on several occasions, any political efulefu caught popularizing to surety Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should be faced with legal actions, they must desist from doing so and face Nigerian government with fact's from competent court of jurisdiction that ordered for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Nigerian government must be made to understand that they must obey that simple court order of discharge and acquitted, it's a must, they can't be above the law.

The devastating state of Nigeria today makes it clear and undoubtedly reasonable for every sane person to believe with me that the push for 2023 Election would rather worsen the situation of than becoming a remedy. This is due to the way people now see and understand things of political and religious matter.

The many lectures given by the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through the London based Radio Biafra has helped to enlighten the people of various regions that made up Nigeria, educating them of their ancestry, historical background, cultural heritage, what transpired during the British invasion, how a new name which is not even of African ascent was fudged and imposed on them by the colonial Masters.

The impart of these lectures over the radio for a long period of time on the listeners may have been ignored by few individuals who feigned ignorant or are envious of the Biafra Agitator, but the truth remains that it actually sunk into the minds of the masses, and yielded great fruit. And for the fact that the message passed were of factual points traceable in the hidden history of the people denied of their true historical teachings, their elderly ones threatened and cautioned not to publicly inform the young generations of their past on an excuse of avoiding tribalistic/ethnic hatred amongst them, it became an ample chance for not just Easterners alone, but the people of other regions that made up Nigeria to be enlightened.

The young generations in the contraption began to ask questions, and their elderly ones had no option than to spill the beans. However, this made the young generations wondered how pathetic those that stopped the teaching of history in Schools were.

How Political And Religious Leaders In Nigeria Lost Their Ground

It is quite unfortunate that the religious leaders in Nigeria allowed themselves to be distracted and corrupted by the political class. In the past, people usually believe that any message passed by their religious leaders is divinely inspirational, and with that, they always heed to their command as if it was from God. But today, a lot has happened that people now understand that the so called religious leaders are after the crumbs falling down from the table of to these very corrupt politicians, and many have reduced themselves to political gladiators, while few of them are political aspirants in Man-Of-God disguise.

They tend to indirectly deceive their followers in the guise of preaching what God told them, and thereby persuading the followers to vote for any politician who has visited them with heavy brown envelope. That is why campaign for election observably takes its first stance in Churches and Mosques. As it is said that lies and deceit do not survive the test of time; for the truth always prevails.

Nowadays youths seem to have realized that their religious leaders are working with the political class to deceive and abuse their religious belief. Again, most youths have actually come to term with the Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who made some interestingly revealing and more impressive points on the issue of elections in Nigeria saying "Has free and fair election ever worked?" "Why not try plan B since plan A doesn't work by boycotting Election?"  "How can you obtain good governance since the whole system is completely corrupt, and a particular ethnic who are known Nomadians with archaic mindset are the ones in charge of the polity?" I give credit to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for opening the eyes of many youths.

The Fulani Agenda And Its Effect On Nigeria Politics

Today, it is no more a propaganda that the Fulanis have an evil agenda of Islamization and Fulanization of the entire geopolitical space that made up Nigeria. This has been said and evidently confirmed by many. What has been happening, especially during this current General Mohammadu Buhari's regime shows clearly that the Fulanis wish to submerge, conquer, claim Ancestral lands owned by other ethnic nationalities within Nigeria, take absolute control of both human and land resources, impose Sharia law on the people, dominate, change the democratic system of government, and rule with autocracy. If we take a look at the way things are today, the killing of farmers and villagers, land grabbing with impunity by the Fulani Herdsmen backed by the military and the government of the day, the rascality of the presidency, the unfortunate continued contempt of several court orders, the ceaseless misuse and abuse of power, the disobedience to Rule Of Law, the intimidation of the Judicial arm of Government and power influence which the executive arm wields on the legislature, the extrajudicial imprisonment of speakers of truth and philosophers, heightened attempts to quell freedom agitators and clamp down on peaceful protesters, the undeniable visible maximum support and sponsoring of bandits and terrorists who are of Fulani origin, and finally the eagerness to completely and totally hold on to power forever which has led to the looming anarchy in the system. All these are quite visible and glaring to those who care to know. Yet we remain silent in docility as we sheepishly move on.

Why Referendum Is The Only Way Out

Since the walls fudged by the colonial Masters are so contagious and ludicrous, it is of no sense to continue managing such walls. The perfect solution is to break down the contagious walls, and plan on how to build a better one which will be of no harm to the people contained within it. In the real sense of it, Nigeria(the walls) is a mere geographical expression  fudged by the British as a 100 years experimental exercise, and since the experiment is over, all that needed to be done is distort and discard it so that the people can think of a way to either go back to the way they were before the colonial Masters came or they may reform in their best way in order to fudge ahead. That brings us to the main word "Referendum".

In conclusion, I will not hesitate to make bold to say that whoever is asking you not to talk about the Nigerian politics is suffering from ignoramus syndrome because, the major factor that serves as fuel, propelling the movement for the restoration of Biafra and the Oduduwa agitation for a separate sovereign state is the filthiness and nefariousness of the Nigerian Politics and political settings which was made by the colonial Masters (British).

This is, by historical evidence, the way the so called founding fathers were ordered to go in the affairs of governance. And the most abhorrent of it all is that the religious extremists cum tribalistic commando of barberic fulani fanatics have hijacked the government fully, and are in a devastating manner, acting dreadfully unchallenged, putting every other tribe who are the true indigenous tribes under persuasive political slavery.

The world leaders, international community and some pretentious human right advocacy groups have seen this, and have decided to remain criminal silent. It tells us that we need only the mercies of the most high, CHIUKWU-OKIKE-ABIAMA to ascertain freedom. We have to ask ourselves, "is Nigeria practicing democracy or a democrazy?" End of discussion.

Nigeria : The True Definition Of A Contraption

The mere geographical space which some so called professors also joined the poorly educated ones to call "Map Of Nigeria", was fudged and incorporated into the World Map out of dare necessity by the colonial Masters(the British).

This was done so as to inculcate sense of belonging in the minds of the people who were forcefully put into union, and given a name "Nigeria", just as a slave is given a new name by his/her master to show he lords over him/her. It's a practice still obtainable in today's church indirectly done in a guise of Baptism; which was introduced by the mother of all Churches (Roman Catholic).

Meanwhile, without digressing further, it will be wise to note that the word "Amalgamation" was brought in by the same slave Master whose interest is centered on exploitation rather than civilization of the people they trapped within their created enclave. The questions which sort for answers till date are (1) who signed the Amalgamation document? (2) How did the Amalgamation idea come into play? (3) Did the three regions that were joined to make up the enclave agree on the idea of Amalgamation? Until these questions are satisfactorily answered, the word "Amalgamation" remains a fabrication in the history of Africa.

Nigeria's Independence From The Colonial Master (Britain)

During the time of the so called founding fathers of Nigeria(in the persons of Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ahmadu Bello, etc) who fought to ensure that Nigeria becomes free from the hands of the foreign controllers, and be independent of itself, becomes a sovereign state which is governed by the citizens, and not an external body, they failed to realize that the enclave was formed as a British company, and therefore, can not be handed over easily to them entirely.

This is why the independent day celebration in Nigeria till date remains laughable, a thing of mockery, and a mirage because, the colonial Masters still determines who should be in the seat of power in Nigeria, and they are still the ones controlling the affairs of government and governance of the so called Nigerian State as long as the enclave remains in existence.

That's why the independence is best tagged "Ceremonial Independence" by those well enlightened and reasonable enough to discern between being Independent and indirectly ruled. Today, Britain still make bold to showcase their great ownership of the enclave; as confirmed in their role during the #EndSars2020 youth protest, The #IPOB and Oduduwa Freedom Agitation, The Extraordinary Rendition Case Of IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and recently, The statement from the British government which states in quote "We'll Support Nigeria To Ensure Free And Fair Election".

Nigeria As A Contraption To Depress The Light Of Africa

It is of no doubt that the light of Africa can be traced amongst the regions that were forcibly merged together as a British enclave called Nigeria. It is obvious that the southern part which consists of the Southeast and Southwest are where the pride and dignity of Africa lies. The former is the Eastern region known as Biafra while the later is their brethren (Western region) who are the Oduduwa.

The case study on Biafra-Nigeria war of 1967-1970 shows that the war was a defensive one on the side of Biafrans --who said enough of the senseless unprovoked incessant killings and marginalization, and for that reason, declared a brake-away from the unholy union-- and an offensive one on the side of Nigerian Government backed by British and their Allies.

The war which was fought against the TINY Biafra by super powers like Britain, USSR, Egypt, etc was more of a Genocide than a civil one, and saw to destruction of lives and property of Biafrans in which an estimated number of 5million Biafran women, children and men were murdered, some starved to death by the Gowon's Land, Air, and Sea food blockade that lasted nearly three years. Yet the Biafran invention during this period of unexpected chaos was second to none, and a supposed admirable adventure in the human history.

On the other hand, the Oduduwas are good academicians and naturally economists found within African Continent. With this two rising up with their God-given talents, the north will be encouraged to work hard, and the entire Africa shall become great. But the White-Supremacist within the British government does not want this to happen. Hence the forceful Amalgamation in 1914, and the continues push for a One-Nigeria that never worked after 100 years of expired duration of the Amalgamation.

Therefore, I make bold to conclude that Africa can't see the light, and may not succeed in her dream to stand tall to be regarded as a continent if Nigeria continue to exist within her map. And the dignity of Africa will continue to be in shambles as Nigeria remains, since none of such contraption was created in Europe or any other continent by Africa.
